The spacious kitchen and dining area has plenty of storage and bench space, a charming old hutch and dining table. All of the bedrooms and lounge areas are carpeted for added warmth. The bathroom has combination shower / bath, vanity and loo, there is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The house is complete with an outdoor shower (great for rinsing off the salt and sand), lock up garage, and a huge yard with plenty of room for boats / additional cars.

About the location:
Situated in a very central position in Iluka. There are various boat ramps available in Iluka. The nearest is the Spenser St boat ramp less than 750 m away. Others you can choose from are in Marandowie Drive, Queen St near the Sedgers Reef Hotel, and the Old Ferry at the end of Marandowie Drive.

Iluka is known for being situated on the river, there are no properties on the beach as it is bordered by National Park and the famous World Heritage Nature Reserve. However, you do have several to choose from that are just a short drive away. Moriarty's (which includes a walk along the break wall), Main Beach, Bluff Beach, Frazer's Reef, Woody Head, Back Beach, Shark Bay and Ten Mile Beach. Iluka Bay,is a child friendly beach on the river between the end of Young St and the break walls.
The Iluka Bay area also has a park with play equipment and is along the River Walking track. If exploring nature appeals to you, Iluka is famous for it's Rainforest Walk. Approx 2.5kms, it starts at the end of Crown and Long St, and takes you through the lush rainforest to the Iluka Bluff, and it's stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Take a picnic with you and relax while watching for whales and dolphins.

Dining out, or your evening's entertainment in Iluka is a breeze with your choice of the Golf Club, Bowling Club and the Sedger's Reef Hotel. All these facilities provide courtesy busses.

Iluka's largest grocery store, IGA is located a few blocks away, this facility includes a bottle shop, deli, baked goods, butcher meats and all the grocery items you need for your stay. The petrol station is conveniently located next door. A little further up Young street are individual stores including butcher, bakery, chemist, and another liquor store. Situated 1.1kms away in Charles St is the CBD area of Iluka, which includes Post office, newsagency, a bakery, gift stores and boutiques, hardware store and cafes.
Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 30-minute drive away from Iluka and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional Scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes.

Yamba is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of Charles St at the Iluka Marina and cruise across to Yamba, and explore Yamba's main street which includes grocery stores, boutiques, gift stores, cafes, restaurants, Yamba Bowling Club, Golf Club, Tavern, Pacific Hotel, Cinema and of course the beaches.

Yamba has the largest shopping centre in the Lower Clarence, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into Yamba via Yamba Road, approximately 40kms away, or 35 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, KMART, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton, Byron Bay are within an hour's drive, with both airports and shopping facilities.
