Across the road from the apartment there is a large grassed area with playground equipment where children can play.
This townhouse comprises three levels, with the lower level featuring a double lock up garage, second bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. The second level is the large open plan Air conditioned living room and kitchen with balcony at the front where you can enjoy morning breakfast, and also another garden balcony at the back where you can cook up a BBQ in the late afternoon twilight. The top floor is the main bedroom with ensuite, Air conditioning and a private balcony with Ocean views to the north.
