You can relax in the undercover BBQ area, which overlooks the expansive waterway, or indulge in fishing from the small jetty. Please note that the pontoon accommodates boats up to 6 meters in length.

The property features an open-plan living space that extends to a North-facing undercover BBQ area, providing uninterrupted views of the river. The well-appointed kitchen offers ample bench space for large gatherings. The main bedroom is spacious and includes an ensuite, a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a TV, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a ceiling fan. The modern bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms. Additionally, there is a private jetty and pontoon for mooring your boat, an extra shower and toilet in the laundry, and air conditioning in the living areas.
